Refund and Returns Policy

As part of our commitment to your satisfaction, we have implemented a return policy that covers both opened and unopened products. Please review the following details regarding our return policy:

Eligibility for Returns: We accept returns for both opened and unopened products within 30 days from the date of order recieved . To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, including packaging, labels, and accessories

Refund Timeline:

  1. After the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  2. If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 10 to 15 business days.
  3. The refund amount will be credited back to the original method of payment used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution’s processing times.

Refund requirements

The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:

    • Product is defective

    • Product is not as described

    • Product must be unused

    • Product must not be damaged

To ensure the above criteria has been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.

Once approved the refund will be processed and will be credited back within 30 from the approval.

Proof of purchase

To complete your refund, we require a receipt, purchase order or other proof of purchase. Please note that without the aforementioned proof of purchase, we will not issue a refund.
